O-Grill barbecues are a hit at the TNHS exhibition
The theme of the TNHS exhibition for 2026 was good living spaces, and the Iroda O-Grill barbecue epitomizes the warmth and feel-good living experience of the best life experiences, with family and friends. Working with our sheet metal fabrication colleagues at Taiwa, who created the unique display stands and styling for our O-Grill barbecues, our presence was impactful and very well received by both members of the public and other exhibitors at the show.
The O-Grill was the first ultra-portable, efficient, lightweight compact grill that was put onto the global market, and has stood the test of time. Winner of the Society Award for Industrial Design IDSA (USA) at the International Design Excellence Awards 2008 (USA), and top 10 International SPOGA + GAFA (Cologne) Barbecue Park Award 2010, the O-Grill remains a global contender in the best of barbecue and grill engineering.
Iconic sheet metal stands show off the futuristic style of the O-Grill
Pro-Iroda, designers and manufacturers of the O-Grill, also manufacture a wide range of heat and flame appliances, with additional strengths in gas soldering irons, gas torches and culinary torches. We engaged our sheet metal fabrication partner Taiwa to build this sculptural installation for our display at the Taiwan Good Living Spaces Exhibition 2026.
The highly reflective, mirror-finished stainless steel ‘rocket’ styling that emphasizes the modernity and light, easy to carry, O-Grill portable design. The reflective surfaces of the display also created flickering lighting effects that imply the flickering flames of a gas grill in use. This collaborative effort with Taiwa is typical of the joined-up thinking that you find in Taiwanese design and engineering, and it is one of the reasons that Taiwanese engineering expertise and capabilities are outstanding in the global market.
